Vacuuming Process: measure the size and lay up the peel ply on top of the prepreg carbon fiber cloth. It has the benefit of leaving a very neat surface finish.
The next layer into the mold is a breather cloth, this provides the air path for the air to escape under vacuum
Prepare the vacuum bag with a reasonable size, and pre-sealed one side. Install the through bag connector, place, and seal it into the vacuum bag.
Connect it to the vacuum, as the vacuum is pulling down the bag should be manipulated into all of the contours and corners so that it conforms to the laminate without having to stretch. And the seal was checked for leaks.
Place the parts on the autoclave plate, and connect the vacuum one by one. Keep this on the vacuum for around 3 hours, the preset temperature: 90-145 degrees, the part allowed to cure fully before demolding
