0°/ 90° Orientation
This is the most common layup for carbon fiber plates, suitable for most applications. 0°/90° plates offer excellent strength and stiffness in the axial and transverse directions. Our 0°/90° plates are evenly distributed, unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, in the 0°, 90° orientation.
Axial Orientation (0°/90°/+45°/-45°)
Axial-layer plates are designed for loading in multiple directions, ideal for torsional or off-axis loading. Our plates are evenly distributed, unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, in the 0°, 90°, and +/-45° orientations.
Carbon Fiber Sheets Manufacturing
Carbon fiber sheets and plates are made by prepreg lamination. First, pre-cut carbon fiber prepreg layers are laminated in. Then put them in the molds, and then vacuum compacted or pressurized to ensure complete resin penetration into the fibers while removing air and bubbles. Finally, the sheets are cured at high temperature, allowing the resin to solidify and form carbon fiber sheets.
