Carbon Tube Round Tubing

Xinbo Composites customizes carbon tube round tubing for many applications. Available in carbon fiber tubes in roll wrapped, filament winding processes, custom sizes available upon request, diameters from 5mm to 500mm, length up to 6000mm.

Carbon Tubes are manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating high-performance products according to per client's requirements.

Carbon Tube Round Tubing Process

1. Wrapped onto a mandrel in multiple layers and angles

2. Externally pressurized with transparent PP tape

3. Heat-cured to solidify

4. After curing, the solid composite demolded from the mandrel as a tube
