Carbon Fiber Tubing
Carbon Fiber Tubing is made up of carbon fiber woven and unidirectional fabrics. Secondly, they have excellent torsional properties, as well as compressive strength, making them ideal for high-torque applications. More critically, these carbon tubes are available in round, rectangular and square shapes, which can be axially optimized or made of higher modulus carbon fibers for increased bending stiffness.

Carbon fiber has one of the highest strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios of any material, which is 5 times stronger than steel and 2 times stiffer, and also 70% lighter. It is also stronger and stiffer than aluminum and titanium at a fraction of the weight.
2. Low Density (Extreme Lightweight)
Density of ~1.6 g/cm³, compared to 7.8 g/cm³ for steel and 2.7 g/cm³ for aluminum. Reduces mass, inertia, and energy consumption. In vehicles, this improves acceleration, braking, handling, and fuel efficiency. In robotic arms and industrial rollers, faster, more precise movement with less powerful motors.
3. High Fatigue Resistance
Excellent resistance to cyclic loading and metal fatigue. It does not develop stress concentrators like microcracks in metals.
