Consultation & Analysis
The initial step in every composite project is to analyze your ideas and needs. We then make a complete plan of work, taking into consideration the desired product shapes, quantities needed, time frame, and budget. We have professional experience in planning the project successfully, by determining production steps and methods needed to implement the project in a cost-effectively and productively.

After the design of your parts is confirmed, and we create a plan of work, we proceed to the model-making part. Here we create a master model which will be used to make a mold for parts production. We can work with either physical objects (original car part for example), 3D model or just an idea, from which we can create our own model.

Mold Making
After we have our master model prepared, we proceed to the composite mold-making step. We can make molds out of fiberglass (the go-to option for most applications), Prepreg carbon, or even ALU (for extra large series of smaller parts). Only a perfect mold enables a perfect product, so here is where all our experiences come into play.

Carbon Fiber Parts Manufacturing
Once the mold is ready, we can start producing parts. We use Prepreg carbon fiber for most of our products, as it enables us to make top-quality products. We own a huge autoclave machine and can work on larger projects too. We also have our professional spray booth (big enough to accommodate pretty much any project), so we can finish our parts in top quality UV protective clear coat, which can be made either glossy or matte.

Quality Control and Delivery
The final step is quality control and delivery of your order. We take great care of details throughout the entire process, which enables us to consistently make quality products. We ship goods via express, air and sea shipments according to your order quantities.
