Carbon Fiber Parts Autoclave Manufacturing

The autoclave process is a key component in the production of composite parts. Rather than a wet lay-up and air-drying which can lead to shifting and warped parts, Xinbo Composites production uses an autoclave. Essentially a large pressure vessel, an autoclave applies heat and pressure. The material is tightly forced around the mold while being secured during the curing process. The autoclave process provides the best strength and quality for carbon fiber parts.
