Introduction

Carbon Fiber Round Tube is made of multi-layer prepreg carbon fiber material. Generally, the thickness of each prepreg layer is about 0.13~0.25 mm, which means that pipes with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm are composed of 6-12 separate layers of carbon fiber. The number of layers enables us to change the direction of the fiber layer in the whole thickness and create the products with the highest performance according to customers' requirements. Carbon fiber has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight, so it is widely used in aviation model aircraft, various supports, automation equipment, medical stretchers, sports equipment, and other products.

We can provide professional CNC machining services for Carbon Fiber Round Tubes. The product you can choose is not 5-500mm in diameter, 10-6000mm in length, and 0.5 to 50mm in wall thickness. We can cut pipes and carry out finishing operations such as drilling or milling according to your requirements. At the same time, the strength of this material is 8-10 times that of steel, usually more than 3500mpa, and the excellent performance can reach 5000mpa. In addition,  the premise of the same strength, density and weight of Carbon Fiber Round Tubes is far less than that of steel and aluminum pipes.
