Incredibly strong and light the carbon fiber and kevlar hybrid tubes are perfect for hundreds of applications in different fields: engineering, robotics, film, photography, architecture, nautical, aerospace, cleaning and all kinds of sports use them.
 
With our roll-wrapping techonolgy we get very high quality  high strength tubes, with multidirectional (multi-Axial) or unidirectional fiber alignments to suit the client, in this way we get very uniform resistance to all forces or applied to some in particular if our customers like this they demand it.
 
We can make one piece measurements up to 6000 mm long,
 
As for diameters we can get from 5 mm. up to 500 mm. with thicknesses from 0.5 mm. up to 50 mm.
Carbon Fiber and Kevlar hybrid are great because you are afforded the increased strength of Kevlar while retaining the stiffness of carbon fiber. This hybrid tube is more likely to stay together when facing unanticipated stresses.

Roll wrapped tube is manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. Generally, each layer is about 0.13~0.25 mm thickness which means that a tube with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm will typically be composed of 6-12 individual layers of carbon fiber. The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating a highest performance product according to per client 's requirement .

Roll Wrapped Process:
1. Wrapped onto a mandrel in multiple layers and angles
2. Externally pressurized with transparant PP tape
3. Heat cured to solidify
4. After curing, the solid composite is demoulded from the mandrel as a tube
